We will despatch your order on the same working day if your order is received before 9AM. If your order is received after 9AM on a working day (Monday to Friday) we will despatch it on the next working day or if paid after on Friday, we will despatch it on Monday.
Delivery of most UK orders is approximately 2-5 working days. Expedited delivery to any UK mainland address is 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). Expedited delivery applies to working days only (Monday to Friday) and excludes Bank Holidays and weekends.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, any dates we specify will be estimated only. In the event of RTS (return to sender) parcel , Buyer will be informed once royal mail will deliver it back to us.
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive your order within a reasonable period after ordering, please message us .

International Delivery Estimates between (5-7 working days excluding public holiday) at standard rate of £8.99 - WORLD WIDE .
We will post your parcel via Royal Mail UK which will be handed over to your country local courier service who will then deliver your parcel at your door steps .
In case of any custom issues , we do not take any liability but will provide all documented evidences to make sure you get your item without any custom delays.

All our items can be returned for any reason for either a refund or exchange.
All you need to ensure is to to contact us within the 7 days of the item received and return the item with in the 14 days period, the goods should be in the same condition as they were sent.Fit for a resell. You should also send us an email to inform us of the return so that we are aware and can process your return straight away once receieved. We will refund your delivery costs if the goods that we sent are faulty but for all other returns we will not refund delivery costs.Postage and Packaging charges will be deducted from the total when refunding the money back and policy applies to listings with free P&P also.
NOTE : For Next day delivery orders you have to contact us same day you receive an item if you wish to return it .

Things to note:
Buyer will be responsible to send the return back and pay the delivery charges .
Buyer will be responsible for any delays or the if the item gets lost in post which rearly happen when he is returning the item .
No returns will be excepted if the buyer will contact us after 7 days of delivery and it should reach us with in the 14 days specially if the item is faulty.Else no return will be excepted.
Refund will be issued after deducting P&P charges once the item received in its original condition UNDAMAGED/ UNUSED.
If our scrootning team finds out that the item is being used slightly or is being damaged than no refund will be issued.
Exchange Policy:
A surcharge of £1.99 will apply when exchanging items, to cover administrative and extra postage and packaging costs. This can be paid by Pay Pal or Postal Order.
But we always prefer to contact us before taking any action or leaving a feedback.
